Why we made this

Health information online tends to swing between two extremes: oversimplified hype and dense material that is hard to use. We aim for the middle, accurate, balanced explanations written like a knowledgeable friend would give them, focused on the three topics that come up most often: carbohydrates, the ketogenic diet, and exercise.

What we believe

  • No miracle claims. Sustainable results come from approaches you can actually maintain.
  • Whole foods first. Whatever your carb level, most of your plate is best built from minimally processed foods.
  • Balance over dogma. We present limitations and different viewpoints, not a single "one true diet."
  • Professionals matter. We are here to educate, not to replace your doctor or dietitian.
